General Recruitment Process Steps
OPPORTUNITIES
You will receive an automatic email confirmation once you have completed and sent your online application for job openings in KONE elevators. A local HR and line manager will go through the applications and shortlist candidates for a KONE elevator interview. We may conduct several interview rounds before a final selection is made.
FINAL SELECTION
All applicants are contacted either by email or phone at the latest when the selection has been made. The duration of the KONE elevator career recruitment process may vary depending on different factors and for this reason, we are unable to give you an estimate as to how long it will take to receive the information on the final selection.
Job Application Process to the KONE International Trainee Program (ITP)
HIRING APPLICATION
In early January, the ITP job positions are published on the Apply Now page. You can apply separately to a maximum of two. Complete the KONE online form and include an application letter, CV and your current study transcript in English.
INTERVIEW
The job application process ends in mid-February after which the most suitable candidates are invited for an interview. Following interview rounds are typically organized by the line manager in the hosting unit. The interviews take place in February and March.
FINAL SELECTION
The final selections are made by the hosting unit in April at the latest and all job applicants will be contacted by email or phone.
